Speaking

I’m an experienced speaker and facilitator, presenting writing workshops and speaking on panels and discussions for women’s organizations, conferences, and wellness retreats across the U.S. both live and online.

Organizations including: Columbia University Alumni Association, UCLA Extension, Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, Find Your Lighthouse, Zibby Owen’s Writers, Better after 50, the Marco Polo app, Medium Day, Southern California Wellness Retreats, The Covey Club, Adamah Adult Summer Camp, The Menopause Monologues, Menopause Mamas, SoMe Docs Physician Groups, Happy Women Dinners, Emet Room, and many more.

I love participating in interactive sessions on topics including women’s creativity, midlife transitions, and reclaiming one’s voice. I’ve been a guest on podcasts and panels sharing my expertise in creativity; women, writing, and wellness; and revising limiting beliefs, helping participants leave inspired, engaged, and equipped with practical tools for self-expression and growth.
